Polar Seltzer, established in 1882 in Worcester, Massachusetts, is a family-owned brand known for its sparkling water crafted from just three ingredients - water, bubbles, and great taste. Emphasizing quality and simplicity, Polar Seltzer appeals to health-conscious consumers seeking refreshing alternatives to sugary drinks.

CHALLENGE

This project was a full rebrand of Polar Seltzer—an iconic American brand with over a century of history. While beloved, the existing identity felt visually outdated and overly crowded. The challenge was to refresh the brand without losing its heritage: to create a look that felt both familiar and new, charming and modern, and to build a packaging system that would stand out from its competitors.

EXECUTION

The new wordmark is drawn from one of Polar’s earliest script logos, reintroduced and refreshed. Inspired by the texture of sweater stitching, it preserves the brand’s legacy while bringing renewed clarity and a welcoming presence.
